Who Am I

A laptop on a woven placemat with pink flowers, a candle, a teal pen, and a light blue sign that reads 'Believe in you' arranged on a white surface.

I am a psychotherapist & life coach and I would like to welcome you to my practice.

Therapy with me is not just about exploring thoughts and emotions, It is a space for you to reconnect with your whole self. I support clients in tuning into their bodies and slowing down enough to notice what feels nourishing which can bring steadiness, presence and meaning to your self worth.

Whether through mindful awareness, reflective journaling, or simply having a space to breathe.

My Approach

Two potted green plants, a glass jar with dried plants inside, a book titled 'real talk' by Tasha Bailey, and pink and red flowers on a woven mat on a white shelf.

My focus is on helping you build a healthy relationship with yourself and feel more connected to who you are.

Mindfulness is a big part of my work, slowing down, noticing what’s happening internally and learning to respond to your experiences with empathy & compassion.

I work with adults who want to understand themselves better and feel more grounded in their lives. Many of my clients are exploring self‑acceptance, confidence, identity, stress, personal growth, gender identity & sexuality.

Who I Work With

Decorative white ceramic houses with potted green plants in the background on a wooden surface.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before therapy, you do not have to know what to say before starting therapy, what matters is the time you put into yourself during our work together.
