Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to understanding how our thoughts, language, and behaviours shape the results we experience in life. As an NLP mindset coach, the focus is on helping people reprogram limiting beliefs, shift negative patterns, and build empowering strategies that align with their goals.
